Merkle & Magri P.A. offers extensive trial and litigation services with particular expertise in employee rights; government misconduct; personal, property and professional injury; civil rights; mobile home rights; insurance coverage; and business litigation. Our attorneys also provide criminal defense representation, primarily for federal criminal cases involving white collar, Medicare and healthcare fraud. With more than 60 years of combined practice experience, Joseph D. Magri and Ward A. Meythaler were members of the litigation sections in major law firms where they represented Fortune 500 corporations, smaller businesses and individuals. Both attorneys then entered the public sector to serve as Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the criminal division at the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, Merkle & Magri P.A. has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

This combination of diverse trial and litigation experience in both the private and public sector in civil and criminal matters for individuals, large companies, smaller businesses and the government allows us to bring a well-rounded perspective and unique skills to our clients' cases.
